About

We kept watching businesses leak money from broken systems.

01

Who we are

Sahla is a consulting-led firm with implementation capability, founded by two engineers who spent years on both sides of the same problem: one running the projects that put systems into businesses, the other analysing why those businesses still worked around them.

We work with owners and operations leaders across the region, mostly in the space between a company that has outgrown spreadsheets and one that runs on connected information.

02

Why build Sahla?

The market was full of vendors selling licences and integrators selling hours. Very few would sit with an owner and say plainly which part of the operation was losing money and why.

We started Sahla to sell that judgement first. If a process fix solves the problem, we say so and stop there. If software is genuinely the answer, we are the ones who build it.

03

How we built a firm that solves the problems we aim to solve

We kept the firm small and senior on purpose. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis carried out by a founder, not by a junior handed a template, and it ends with a written recommendation you can act on with or without us.

Consulting, implementation and support sit under one responsibility, so nothing is lost in a handoff between the people who planned the change and the people who delivered it.

04

What’s next?

We are deepening the work in applied AI and automation where it removes real operational load, and building a reusable diagnosis method so the first two weeks of an engagement are consistent across every client.

The direction has not changed. Fewer, better engagements. Operations that still hold a year after we leave.

What drives us

Where we are going, and how we get there.

Vision

To build Sahla into a technology services company serving businesses across the MENA region. As the company grows, we intend to build a strong network of clients, delivery partners and industry relationships across the region. In the long run, that network should also give us a practical base from which to build, launch and grow our own ventures.

Mission

We help businesses improve their operations through better use of technology. We advise, implement and support ERP systems, AI solutions, automations, integrations and custom software. Our role is to understand how a business works, identify where technology can make a measurable difference, and deliver the systems needed to make that happen.

Our core beliefs

Four main beliefs drive how we think and how we bring value to businesses across MENA.

  • 01

Most software problems are operating problems wearing a software costume.

So the first phase of every engagement looks at process and responsibility, not at products.

  • 02

The team that runs the business has to own the new way of working, or it does not last.

We implement alongside your people rather than handing over a finished system and a manual.

  • 03

We would rather talk you out of a project than sell you one you do not need.

Some diagnoses end with a recommendation to change a process and buy nothing.

  • 04

    Strategy before software. Every time.

We do not quote an implementation before we can describe how the business should run.

How we work

The same four steps on every engagement, whether it is advice or a full build.

01

Diagnose

Understand what is actually happening.

02

Define

Agree what should change, and in what order.

03

Deliver

Build and roll out alongside your team.

04

Improve

Stay until the new way of working holds.

Responsibility moves through the same cycle every time. Nothing is handed off.

The people

The people who do the work.

Sahla is two founders and a small senior bench. Whoever you meet in the first conversation is on the work, not fronting it.

Specialists join per engagement. We name them before they start, and we do not put people on a page who will not be in the room.

Tell us what is not working.

The first conversation is a diagnosis, not a pitch. Bring us the part of your business that keeps breaking and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
