Careers

Work on how businesses actually run.

We are a small, senior team that helps companies across the region fix how they operate, then build the software to match. The work is real, close to clients, and you own outcomes, not tickets.

How we work here

Open roles

Right now, nothing is open.

No open roles right now.

We still want to hear from people we might work with. If the way we work reads like you, introduce yourself — that is how most conversations here start.

Introduce yourself

On location: Gulf roles tend to be on-site or hybrid; roles based in Egypt or Morocco are more often remote. Where a role involves relocation or a visa, the role page says so plainly.

How we work

What working here asks of you.

Not perks. The way the work is done, so you can decide whether it suits you before you write to us.

  1. 01Small team, senior people.

You will do the work, not manage a queue of it. Every person here carries client-facing responsibility.

  2. 02Strategy before software.

We would rather fix the operation than ship the wrong tool. You will spend time understanding businesses before building for them.

  3. 03Say it as it is.

With clients and with each other. If a plan will not work, the job is to say so early, plainly, and with an alternative.

  4. 04Own the outcome.

From the diagnosis to the part where it actually holds. Nothing here ends at handover.

  5. 05Close to the client.

You will sit with operations teams, watch how work actually moves, and defend your recommendations to the people who live with them.

  6. 06We stay small on purpose.

We hire only when there is a real gap, so every role exists for a reason you will be told in the first conversation.

How we hire

We hire a few times a year, only when there is a real gap. When we do, the role is specific and the people you meet in interviews are the people you would work with.

Staying small is how we keep the work senior. It also means the right time to talk to us is whenever you are ready, not when a listing appears.

The standing invitation

Introduce yourself.

Tell us what you are good at and the kind of work you want. If there is a fit, now or later, we will reach out.

What to send: a short note about what you are good at, and something you have worked on — a project, a write-up, a repository. No cover letter template.
