Who they are
A construction-sector operating environment with recurring administrative, coordination and cross-system work.
As activity grew, predictable back-office processes created increasing overhead because each workflow still required manual intervention.
The problem
Routine processes repeatedly required people to check status, transfer data, update another system or trigger the next action.
The work itself was not complex, but the volume and repetition created unnecessary operating dependency and made execution less consistent.
Our approach
Sahla mapped the workflows from trigger to completion and separated deterministic steps from decisions requiring human judgement.
The deterministic work was automated and connected through integrations. Exceptions and approvals remained visible to employees rather than being buried inside the automation.
The results
Recurring operational workflows were moved into production automation, reducing the amount of routine manual coordination required to keep processes moving.
The engagement forms part of Sahla's wider portfolio of more than 200 production-grade automations across construction, manufacturing and hospitality.
Honest caveats
Automation removes execution effort, not accountability.
Every workflow still needs an owner, a defined exception path and monitoring. Automating a process without those controls simply makes failures occur faster.
