AI for Business

More than 200 repetitive workflows moved from manual work into production automation.

Operations teams across MENA

Under NDA.

Teams across manufacturing, hospitality and construction were spending time reconciling information, moving data and repeating predictable operational tasks. Sahla mapped those workflows and turned suitable processes into production automations and system integrations.

Portfolio figures are internally documented; client-level attribution and ROI figures require verification before publication.

Who they are

A portfolio of operating businesses across manufacturing, hospitality and construction in the MENA region. Their systems and processes differed, but the recurring problem was the same: too much routine work still depended on people manually moving information between tools.

The problem

Reconciliations, CRM updates, support workflows and other repetitive operating tasks created unnecessary manual effort. Employees were acting as the integration layer between systems, introducing delays, inconsistent execution and avoidable dependency on individual staff members.

Our approach

Sahla worked process by process rather than starting with a technology prescription. The team identified repetitive work, documented triggers and exceptions, connected the necessary systems, and deployed automations only where the workflow was stable enough to automate reliably.

The work included integrations, scheduled workflows, event-driven automations and AI-assisted processes where judgement or unstructured information was involved.

The results

Across the portfolio, Sahla has built more than 200 production-grade automations covering workflows including reconciliations, CRM synchronization and operational support.

The practical result is less routine execution by employees and more work moving automatically between systems.

Honest caveats

The 200+ figure is a portfolio-level figure, not the result of one client engagement. Individual ROI, time savings and automation counts still need to be tied back to specific client records before those figures are used publicly.

  • Timeline: Multiple engagements → production deployment → ongoing improvement
  • Stack / tools:
    • n8n
    • Python
    • APIs
    • Webhooks
    • CRM integrations
    • ERP integrations
    • AI APIs

The biggest difference is that routine work no longer has to depend on somebody remembering the next step. The process moves on its own.
