Who
A cotton textile manufacturer in Egypt, operating across multiple warehouses and storage locations.
The problem
No digital infrastructure. Nobody could say quickly where a given item was across the sites, raw-material restocking was reactive, and there was no channel bringing enquiries in.
What we did
Odoo implemented internally, plus a website built as a lead magnet. Inventory was aligned with production and scheduling was reworked; item locations were documented strictly and modelled properly in the system.
What changed
Qualified enquiries rose from a handful a month to around twenty-five. Production lead time from first contact to delivery more than halved. Finding a stock item went from up to an hour and a half to ten minutes.
What we would say plainly
The lead-time gain came from aligning inventory with production and rescheduling, not from the ERP by itself. Worth saying, because it is the honest reason it worked.
